Smart Mail

browser

  • This is used in this application to download files
  • Type in the URL to navigate to webpage where you need to download file
  • When you press on the file-url it automatically detects the file and pops-up menu from which you can download the file or cancel it.
  • When you press download the file will start downloading and the progress will be shown in downloads.

Downloads

  • This shows the files currently being downloaded.
  • Note:- Sometimes filename in downloads will be having random/unexpected name. But when the download completes and the filename in File Manager will be same as provided by the web site.
  • Download can also be added by copy and pase URL in the Downloads and the downloader will start downloading the file.
  • User can cancel the download.
  • As soon as the download completes, that download is no longer shown in downloads and the file will be shown in the File Manager.

file-manager

  • All Downloaded files are listed in this screen user can rename or delete file (either particular file or also select or de-select all files) form the list.
  • User can rename file
  • User can delete file
  • User can also select multiple files for delete operation
  • As soon as the download completes, that download is no longer shown in downloads and the file will be shown in the File Manager.

Send-Mail

  • User can select particular file or either select all & de-select all files form the list for mail attachment. Maximum mail attachment limit is up-to 15MB.
  • Select file(s) from the listed files(Files listed here will be same as File Manager). The files selected will be attached to the mail you are sending.
  • Then press mail icon at the bottom to send the mail with attached documents (selected earlier).
  • The mail will be saved in outbox of default messages app.

Server

  • This is used for transfer of files from your PC to Device's App
  • Turn Switch on to use web interface to copy files. When you turn on the server it will provide you a ip address:port. E.g.: http://192.168.1.52:50703
  • Note:- The server will only turn on when device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Open a browser and type in the URL which is shown in menu when you start server E.g.: http://192.168.1.52:50703
  • User can upload file(s) from the web browser by add files or drag & drop functionality. These files will be directly listed in the File Manager. While the files are being copied to your device the progress is shown in your web browser. When the copying completes the progress bar progresses to 100%
